As many of you may already know, Anelle and I have returned home to CA! It's definitely an adjustment and there's lots that we miss about Australia. Anyhow, that will be a post for later. At the moment we are simply trying to get things going here. For now, I am just going to wrap this up with a few more posts, catching up everyone on what we did during our last month in Oz and a week in beautiful New Zealand.
Anelle and I were very busy when we returned to Adelaide. We spent two weeks staying with our friends Dylan and Lara and then Alex came to visit us for a bit of traveling. My last post was a video about the Croc tour we did just outside of Darwin. I will be working on the swimming holes we swam in all through that area. I have a lot to catch up on so here we go!

Anelle and I spent the first week back in Adelaide unpacking and re-packing. We met up with friends and simply enjoyed our time back in the city that we consider a home. Week two marked the arrival of Alex and the start of our journey back to CA.
When Alex arrived, we showed him around Adelaide; we took him wine tasting, checked out some beaches and introduced him to some of our friends. Have a look!
After a bit of beer and wine tasting in McLaren Vale, we tried to enjoy some of the sun we got at Noarlunga Beach. The one thing that we wouldn't pass up was jumping off the pier and into the COLD water....and then swim to the nearby reef.
On one of our final days, we had a BBQ at Dylan and Laura's home; naturally we cooked up some Kangaroo burgers. Yum! Yum!
Being back in Adelaide was great. We can't say thank you enough to Dylan and Laura who let us stay with them for two weeks. One day we'll get the chance to repay them with a place to stay here in CA.
Leaving Adelaide for good was tough for us. We honestly felt at home there and we would have stayed longer if we had an opportunity. Our next stop was Melbourne to meet up with our friend Lara.
