Now time for some VISA information to keep you guys up to date with our current situation. Our current VISA (Work/Holiday VISA) only allows us to stay in Australia for one year (19.10.2015). During that time, we can only work for a maximum of six months with one company. We are able to switch over to a Tourist VISA when our current VISA ends, which would allow us to stay an extra three months. Another option and our ultimate goal is a VISA through sponsorship. This VISA would give us the opportunity to stay anywhere from a year to a maximum of four years in Australia.
Anelle and I are nearing the end of our time in Adelaide. It's been an outstanding seven months living here. I'll have a separate post on living in Adelaide and what it has meant to us later. Being as this is the first city and apartment that Anelle and I have ever lived in together, it will always hold a special place in our heart. Our time here has provided us a lifetime of memories that we will carry with us.

If you haven't had it before, get on it!! I don't know where you would get it in CA but I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find. Russell took the lead in organizing a place, day and time. He picked T Chow in China Town, which was about a fifteen minute walk from our apartment.
Our first weekend back from Melbourne, Anelle and I just wanted to rest. It took us a few days into the week to catch up on sleep and feel normal after a weekend of fun in Melbourne. I think we would both agree that the Monday after Melbourne was a bit rough. Anyways, by the time Thursday rolled around, we made our plans for the weekend. Friday we checked out the Adelaide United vs Brisbane Roar soccer game at the Oval, which is the main stadium in Adelaide that holds big sporting events. Events like the Cricket World Cup were held there just a couple months ago...some in this world would say that is big event but I'm not one of them. HA! The Oval is a great stadium and can hold up to 54,500 people.
I finally got the time to knock out a GoPro video. This is a recap of our hike in the Blue Mountains region of New South Wales, Australia. It's just a short hour and a half drive from downtown Sydney. Have a look! Hope everyone enjoys my first GoPro video! I was pretty happy with it. Mostly because I now know what to do when capturing video in the rain and because I learned how to use the GoPro editing program. Anyways, I should have more videos in the coming weeks and hopefully you'll see some improvement. Enjoy! And remember....it was my first time so be gentle with the comments :)
